Rise & Reign Collective was created from a simple idea: when young people are given opportunity, mentorship, and real-world experiences, they can rise into leadership and positively impact their communities.

The journey began with a small local food venture called Sunrise Eatery, where food became a way to bring people together and serve the community. Over time, that experience revealed something deeper — the powerful role food can play in teaching skills, building confidence, and creating opportunity for young people.

That realization led to the creation of Rise & Reign Collective, a mission-driven initiative focused on youth empowerment, mentorship, and leadership development.

Rise & Reign Collective serves as an umbrella for programs designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and real opportunities for teens to develop practical skills and discover their potential.

The first program launching under this vision is Rise & Reign Culinary Collective, an 8-week youth culinary training program that introduces teens to cooking, teamwork, leadership, and the fundamentals of food service. Participants gain hands-on experience in the kitchen while learning responsibility, collaboration, and confidence through mentorship and guided training.

As the vision continues to grow, Rise & Reign Collective is working toward developing a social enterprise campus that will include youth-run businesses, training programs, and leadership development opportunities.

This future campus will serve as a space where young people can learn entrepreneurship, develop practical skills, and gain real-world experience while contributing positively to their community.
