Rise & Reign Catering Collective is a community-driven program empowering teens ages 14–19 through hands-on culinary training, leadership development, and real catering experiences. Our goal is to equip young people with skills, confidence, and opportunities that extend far beyond the kitchen.
Through our 8-week teen Catering program, participants learn food preparation, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and community service while helping cater meaningful events throughout Rochester.
We invite local businesses, churches, and community members to partner with us in supporting the next generation. Your sponsorship helps provide training materials, kitchen access, mentorship, and completion awards for teens who successfully complete the program.
Together we can help young people rise in confidence, develop real skills, and reign in their purpose.
